A Project Artistic Member (PAM) is one of an exclusive group of outstanding haircutters from around the globe. A PAM haircutter has inspirational creativity and talent. It is these qualities that made them recognised leaders at the top of their profession. A PAM is a contributor to the continuing evolution and refinement of front-line development of scissors and other products. They are also established educators who pass on to the next generation the enjoyment of making people happy with their exceptional skills and MIZUTANI.
